I’d say for one week, try short desk or counter workouts as a break DURING your day and see if that doesn’t work wonders. They are specifically designed to be done in regular clothes, and not only train your body, but reframe your mind. The workouts will oxygenate your entire body, including brain cells, and release endorphins and dopamine - both of which will give you a mental boost while you strengthen physically. If you can, get out for a 10 minute walk at a different time - walking at a fast pace is one of the best exercises ever, and green space literally grows new synapses in your brain’s center for positive possibility. Lmk if you need more ideas!
I love hearing the Barbara- it feels like my life’s work is getting people to trust that consistency wins when it comes to fitness, even if the workouts are under 10 minutes. Short, total body workouts plus lots of standing and walking are plenty to make you stronger, leaner and more energized if you keep up with them! Couple it with portion awareness and you’ll be on the fast track to a lifetime of feeling great!

Is there a way to easily find desk workouts?
My goal this week is to adopt one 10 min walk per day. Wish me luck! I think my dog will be very happy.
