Hi everyone, my name is Barbara and I've been an avid user of Andrea's AND/life app for about a year now. I have especially loved the pilates/body-weight classes but recently I tweaked my wrist and it's been killing me to put weight on it. Does anyone have any suggests for wrist relief or a class that is safe to try while I let my wrist heal?? I'm so excited this forum exists now! Any recommendations greatly appreciated! -Barb

Totally hear you, Barbara. As far as classes go, stick with barre classes (standing Pilates essentially), or In Custom Workouts, check out the curated ones at the top - just skip the weights or plank position exercises. This is also a great time to try building your own custom workouts - select level (for best results blend two), choose sweat or rainforest for intensity. For your taste in exercise, I’d say blend cardio, toning and Pilates. When the workout is generated, scroll through the list and swap out anything that might be in a plank position to avoid wrist pressure while you heal. And dont forget, with custom workouts you get AND/friends - our patent-pending tech that lets you challenge friends or fam to do your personal workout live with you onscreen! Hope this helps. Keep us posted when you try things and let me know if you need more suggestions!
Thank you @andreamarcellus and @Bianca !!
Hope it gets better soon @Barbara Stewart !
