Hey everyone. Even though today is Valentines Day and I should probably NOT be stressing out (and instead enjoying the beautiful flowers my hubby brought me), I just can't seem to overcome feeling so stressed and stretched thin all the time... I could really use ya'alls help! Since starting on some of these programs I've definitely had better days but sometimes it's still too much... How do you ya'll do it? Looking for any advice, tips, etc. TIA!
