This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how and/life, Inc. and its related companies (“Company”) collect, use and share personal information of consumer users of the Company’s websites, including and (each, a “Site” and collectively, the “Sites”),  mobile applications (each, an “App”) and the services made available by such Site and App (the “Services”). This Policy also applies to any of our other websites that post this Policy. This Policy does not apply to websites or applications that post different statements.



We get information about you in a range of ways. 


Information You Give Us. We collect your‎ name, email address as well as other information you directly give us on our Site or Apps. For example:

  • We will collect your name, email address and any other information you provide when you register for an account on our Site or Apps.

  • We collect information about the workouts and fitness programs you select through our App, such as the types of workouts you like to do, the type of workout equipment you have available and the places you like to work out (e.g. home, officer, etc.). We use this information to provide and improve the App and related services. 

  • We collect nutritional information you provide to us, such as the grocery lists you generate via the App, and any information related to your diet and water intake you provide.

  • If you contact us for support via email, we will collect your email address and the content of your email in order to send you a reply.

  • If you purchase any products or services on our Site or Apps, we may collect your shipping information in order to send you your products, and our third party payment processor may collect your billing information in order to process your payments.

  • If you participate in a sweepstakes, contest or giveaway on our Site or Apps, we may ask you for your email address and/or phone number (to notify you if you win or not). We may also ask for first and last names, and sometimes post office addresses to verify your identify. In some situations we may need additional information as part of the entry process, such as a prize selection choice. These sweepstakes are voluntary. We recommend that you read the rules for each sweepstakes and contest that you enter.


Information You Provide to Facebook and other Social Networking Sites. The Services allows users to create accounts using their existing Facebook or other social networking service (SNS) accounts. Any information that we collect from your Facebook or other SNS account may depend on the privacy settings you have with that SNS, so please consult the SNS’s privacy and data practices.  You have the option to disable Facebook Connect at any time by logging into your Account through the Site and going to settings, “About Me,” “Linked Accounts,” and then unselecting “Facebook.”  Further, you can edit privacy settings for the reviews that appear on Facebook or disconnect your Services activity stream by visiting the Facebook Applications Settings page.


Information We Get From Others. We may get information about you from other sources. We may add this to information we get from this Site.


Information Automatically Collected. We automatically log information about you and your computer. For example, when visiting our Site, we log your computer operating system type, browser type, browser language, the website you visited before browsing to our Site, pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, access times and information about your use of and actions on our Site. 


Cookies. We may log information using "cookies." Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive by a website. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Site.    This type of information is collected to make the Site more useful to you and to tailor the experience with us to meet your special interests and needs.


Mobile Services.  We may also collect non-personal information from your mobile device if you have downloaded our App(s).  This information is generally used to help us deliver the most relevant information to you. Examples of information that may be collected and used include your geographic location, how you use the App (s), and information about the type of device you use.   In addition, in the event our App (s) crash on your mobile device, we will receive information about your mobile device model software version and device carrier, which allows us to identify and fix bugs and otherwise improve the performance of our App (s).  This information is sent to us as aggregated information and is not traceable to any individual and cannot be used to identify an individual.


Information Collected from You About Others. The App may enable to you to invite others to join your workouts and/or create an account on our Services.   We employ various techniques in order to facilitate friends finding each other on our service, including offering contact importer tools to facilitate adding to your contacts (including Facebook Friends and contacts in your address book) so that you can more readily ask your contacts to join and communicate with you through the Services.  With your permission, we will access your address book and import your contacts’ names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, image, geographic location and Facebook IDs to facilitate automatic connection with your friends.  Also, when you invite friends to the Services, we will access your Address Book and we will import your contacts names and phone numbers in order to facilitate the invitation. The e-mail or text message that is sent to your friends will come from your e-mail address or phone number, as applicable, so that your friends know that you want to invite them to visit the Site and App.


Collection of Data by Advertisers.  We may also use third parties to serve ads on the Services.  Certain third parties may automatically collect information about your visits to this and other websites, your IP address, your ISP, the browser you use to visit our Site (but not your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number).  They do this by using Cookies, Pixel Tags, or other technologies.  Information collected may be used, among other things, to deliver advertising targeted to your interests and to better understand the usage and visitation of our Site and the other sites tracked by these third parties.  This policy does not apply to, and we are not responsible for, Cookies or Pixel Tags in third party ads, and we encourage you to check the privacy policies of advertisers and/or ad services to learn about their use of Cookies and other technologies.  If you would like more information about this practice and to know your choices about not having this information used by these companies, click here: and here


Third Party Analytics.  We use third party analytics providers (“Analytics Service Providers”) to help analyze how users use the Site and App.  Such Analytics Service Providers use Cookies to collect information such as how often users visit the Site and App, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to coming to the Site. We use the information we get from Analytics Service Providers only to improve our Site, App and Services.   



We use your personal information as follows:

  • We use your personal information to operate, maintain, and improve our sites, products, and services.

  • We use your personal information to process and deliver contest entries and rewards.

  • We use your personal information to respond to comments and questions and provide customer service.

  • We use your personal information to communicate about promotions, upcoming events, and other news about products and services offered by us and our selected partners.
