This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how and/life, Inc. and its affiliates (“Company”) collect, use and share personal information of consumer users of this website, www.andlife.com (the “Site”), mobile applications (each, an “App”) and the services made available by such Site and App (the “Services”). This Policy also applies to any of our other websites that post this Policy. This Policy does not apply to websites or applications that post different statements.
WHAT WE COLLECT
We get information about you in a range of ways.
Information You Give Us. We collect your name, email address as well as other information you directly give us on our Site or Apps. For example:

We will collect your name, email address and any other information you provide when you register for an account on our Site or Apps.

We collect information about the workouts and fitness programs you select through our App, such as the types of workouts you like to do, the type of workout equipment you have available and the places you like to work out (e.g. home, officer, etc.). We use this information to provide and improve the App and related services.

We collect nutritional information you provide to us, such as the grocery lists you generate via the App, and any information related to your diet and water intake you provide.

If you contact us for support via email, we will collect your email address and the content of your email in order to send you a reply.

If you purchase any products or services on our Site or Apps, we may collect your shipping information in order to send you your products, and our third party payment processor may collect your billing information in order to process your payments.

If you participate in a sweepstakes, contest or giveaway on our Site or Apps, we may ask you for your email address and/or phone number (to notify you if you win or not). We may also ask for first and last names, and sometimes post office addresses to verify your identify. In some situations we may need additional information as part of the entry process, such as a prize selection choice. These sweepstakes are voluntary. We recommend that you read the rules for each sweepstakes and contest that you enter.
Information You Provide to Facebook and other Social Networking Sites. The Services allows users to create accounts using their existing Facebook or other social networking service (SNS) accounts. Any information that we collect from your Facebook or other SNS account may depend on the privacy settings you have with that SNS, so please consult the SNS’s privacy and data practices. You have the option to disable Facebook Connect at any time by logging into your Account through the Site and going to settings, “About Me,” “Linked Accounts,” and then unselecting “Facebook.” Further, you can edit privacy settings for the reviews that appear on Facebook or disconnect your Services activity stream by visiting the Facebook Applications Settings page.
Information You Provide in “Public” Areas of the Services. Our Services may provide user forums, communities and other areas that enables users to disclose personal information to other users of the Services or the public. For instance, you may be able to maintain a user profile with information about yourself that you can make available to other users or the public. You may also be able to post content in forums associated with classes and workshops made available on the Services. We may make available settings through your account settings page that enables you to exercise choice regarding certain information that is displayed publicly or to other users. We do not control how other users or third parties use any personal information that you make available to other users or the public.
Information We Get From Others. We may get information about you from other sources. We may add this to information we get from this Site.
Information Automatically Collected. We automatically log information about you and your computer. In addition, in the event our App (s) crash on your mobile device, we will receive information about your mobile device model software version and device carrier, which allows us to identify and fix bugs and otherwise improve the performance of our App (s). Information Collected from You About Others. The App may enable to you to invite others to join your workouts and/or create an account on our Services. We employ various techniques in order to facilitate friends finding each other on our service, including offering contact importer tools to facilitate adding to your contacts (including Facebook Friends and contacts in your address book) so that you can more readily ask your contacts to join and communicate with you through the Services. With your permission, we will access your address book and import your contacts’ names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, image, geographic location and Facebook IDs to facilitate automatic connection with your friends. Also, when you invite friends to the Services, we will access your Address Book and we will import your contacts names and phone numbers in order to facilitate the invitation. The e-mail or text message that is sent to your friends will come from your e-mail address or phone number, as applicable, so that your friends know that you want to invite them to visit the Site and App.
Collection of Data by Advertisers. We may also use third parties to serve ads on the Services. Certain third parties may automatically collect information about your visits to this and other websites, your IP address, your ISP, the browser you use to visit our Site (but not your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number). They do this by using Cookies, Pixel Tags, or other technologies. Information collected may be used, among other things, to deliver advertising targeted to your interests and to better understand the usage and visitation of our Site and the other sites tracked by these third parties.
