Hey everyone. Even though today is Valentines Day and I should probably NOT be stressing out (and instead enjoying the beautiful flowers my hubby brought me), I just can't seem to overcome feeling so stressed and stretched thin all the time... I could really use ya'alls help! Since starting on some of these programs I've definitely had better days but sometimes it's still too much... How do you ya'll do it? Looking for any advice, tips, etc. TIA!

andrea suggested this in another thread and i thought "that seems too easy to be true".... but i tried it and now i walk every day. its been a big help.
this may seem silly- but have you tried getting out for a little walk every day?
Hey Summer, I can totally relate. I've been using the Quick Calm classes and they really do work! I've tried lots of other methods but they didnt seem to work and were just too time consuming. These are great because I can do them in between zoom calls 😝.
