Hi All. I am slowly transitioning back into the office and I really don't want to lose the momentum of the desk workouts I have been doing while working from home. Its working! I've lost weight and my day goes by faster. I am a little concerned about how I can actually do them in the office given I work in a open floor plan. Has anyone been brave enough to just do it?
