Good morning! I am looking for a little advise today! I have been using Andreas guidelines seriously now for about 4 weeks and I am feeling great! The bloating has decreased & my energy is up but unfortunately the scale hasn't moved:( I am 51 & going through menopause and would like to lose about 10-12 LBS. I have read the book and log everything on the And/Life app and hitting all the targets! I am confident Andreas strategies can work but I'm not sure what I can tweak to make the scale move. Any suggestions??

Hi Deanna! Thank you so much for being such a great member of the community! You can set a program in the app for the app to recommend workouts for you - tap the red button at the button of the home screen to go to programs, and then tap Andrea's face in the upper right corner to learn how to set them. Often the workouts you choose for yourself aren't as advantageous as ones that "I" might choose for you (via the way I had the AI in the app programmed). Be sure your profile is set to reflect your goals and fitness level.
On the food side, if you have been doing things for a month, be sure you are stopping eating at satisfied versus full. This will be a different amount from meal to meal and day to day. After about a month, you can start moving toward more intuitive eating keeping with the schedule and portion guidelines.
