Andrea wants her clients to cultivate more precious, personal resources: time, energy, and money.
Sixteen years ago, Andrea was doing everything she was always told to in the health and fitness department: calorie counting, eliminating foods, and putting herself through long, grueling workouts. So why, after six long years of trying, wasn't she able to maintain the body she had worked so hard for?
She endeavored to find out, and in doing so, launched an impressive career. "I threw all the 'supposed to's' out the window and came up with a better solution that considers your entire day," she says of her book entitled The Way In and the AND/life app, programs she designed to help women conquer their most healthful lives. Andrea's method keeps it simple: eat nutritiously, exercise, stay hydrated, and stop sitting so frequently. Her main goal is for her clients to build motivation and confidence, results she says are easily attainable with her program.
Andrea's staying at the top of her game by researching hormone and gut microbiome health, and how these factors contribute to well-being. "We're just scratching the surface, but these are hugely important pieces to the fitness puzzle," she says. At the end of the day, Andrea wants her clients to cultivate more precious personal resources: time, energy, and money. "My clients get the most out of their days, and always put their best foot forward," she says. "As you strengthen physically, you also fortify yourself mentally."
