There’s an old saying that “too much of a good thing is bad for you." Too much chocolate, work or goofing off are all beneficial in moderation. But in excess they can be harmful or undesirable. But what about your health? A TikTok viral trend gaining steam is called “wellness stacking”--the intentional action of layering multiple health habits, therapies or technologies together. Can too much wellness be bad for your health?


4 Steps To Practice ‘Wellness Stacking’


The word “stacking” indicates that you are increasing the amount of something. First, there was habit stacking--attaching a new habit to something you already do consistently so it becomes automatic. Then came side stacking--developing multiple side hustles alongside a nine-to-five jobs--and now a viral TikTok trend called “wellness stacking” is gaining steam.
